A valid driving licence held for at least one year, a passport or national ID, and the card used for booking if you pay online. We may ask for a refundable security deposit at handover — amounts depend on the vehicle class.

The main driver must be 21 or older with a valid licence, as stated in the booking form. Young-driver or premium vehicles may require a higher minimum age — we will confirm before you travel.

Yes. Choose your pick-up location when you search, including airport meet & greet where available. Flight details help us time your handover — message us on WhatsApp if your arrival time changes.

Our fleet is insurance-ready for standard rental use in Albania. Coverage levels and excess depend on the car and package you choose. We explain inclusions clearly before you confirm.

Plans change. Free cancellation applies within the window shown in your confirmation (typically up to 48 hours before pick-up). To modify dates, contact us as early as possible so we can check vehicle availability.

Enter pick-up and drop-off dates in the booking form, then click Search availability. You will see only vehicles that are free for every day of your rental, based on our live calendar.

You can select different pick-up and drop-off places from our location list. One-way fees may apply for certain routes — we will include them in your quote before you confirm.

Most rentals use a full-to-full policy: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If you return with less fuel, refuelling charges apply at the current rate.
